傳記：
小法師父自家三代都為道壇法師。九歲能詳菩薩真言。自幼家境貧寒，為謀生計，十三歲便離家鄉背井，為達理想不顧生命、辛苦、危險，跑遍南北，甚至行船至異國。直到多次危難之時，主公顯化神威救助，小法師父頓悟有愧於天地之疼惜，接而發心，行醫、贈藥，於愛心機構救濟山中貧困的人，此舉長達三年之久，耗盡財力。後再經主公的教化，提示驗得正果。
於民國七十九年發願正式成立『東皇府』，幫助眾生解惑、除難，傳正宗道法，目前門下學生數百餘人。
小法師父不但具足先天的智慧，還備有無數的人生經歷，所以在幫人解惑傳法時，不論神力怪談，無有恐赫惑眾，直論為人之本，常以簡單的兩三句話直搗人心，讓人頓然大悟。
跟在師父身邊學習多年，親眼目睹很多對修持之法，不得其門而入，導致心中疑惑、精神不定、靈體欠安、家庭混亂，經過師父的開示後，都能回歸正道，繼而發心持道，甚至羅患絕症之人，來此求醫得癒。
曾有相關機構想請小法師父公開論法說道，但都被婉拒，原因是小法師父所執是替天行事，不受人為操控。
我們這些學生討論後，覺得小法師父的妙法，應當讓更多有困難、有緣、有心修持的人受惠。所以不斷的請示小法師父，終得許可，才發表此文。
Autobiography：
Master Shiao Fa was born at a family where his father and grandfather passed messages for gods in the religious service. He has been able to comprehend Bodhisatta’s mantra since nine years old. Coming from a deprived family, Master Shiao Fa left his hometown to pursue a better life. Regardless of his life and any dangers, Master Shiao Fa, in order to search for his dreams, even went abroad by boat. When encountering difficulties, Master Shiao Fa was saved by his guardian, whose miracles prevented him from getting into more troubles. He felt ashamed of his persistence in the pursuit of his own dreams, and therefore made up his mind to do something beneficial for those who are in need. For example, he spent all his money and three years in doctoring, bestowing medicine, and donating money to benevolent organizations which helped the poor people in the mountains. Later, he got enlightenment from his guardian and had an understanding of correct beliefs and practices. In 1990, Master Shiao Fa vowed to set up the altar Tung Huang Fu. He not only helped living creatures unravel doubts and solve problems, but also prorogated orthodox doctrines to them. He has hundreds of disciples so far. Master Shiao Fa was born with great wisdom; furthermore, he possessed numerous life experiences. When he dispelled doubts for those who came to him, Master Shiao Fa neither discussed supernatural power nor threatened or confused them. Instead, he often used two or three simple sentences, which struck a chord within their minds, to inspire them.
As Master Shiao Fa’s disciples, we have followed his step and learned from him for many years. We have seen many people who didn’t get the right way on the cultivations of spiritual life and led to more doubts in mind, unstable spiritual conditions, unhealthy bodies, and chaotic families. Those people came to Master Shiao Fa to consult ways of solutions. After Master Shiao Fa’s instruction, they found the right way and dedicated themselves to the cultivations of spiritual life. What is more, persons who had suffered from incurable diseases were finally cured by Master Shiao Fa. Some organizations once invited Master Shiao Fa to elaborate on orthodox doctrines in public, but were declined by him. Master Shiao Fa has done the duty in accordance with Heavenly decrees, so he has been reluctant to be controlled by profitable organizations. We disciples think that Master Shiao Fa’s inspiring words and miraculous cure should be beneficial to more people who face difficulties, want to ask for some advice, or intend to cultivate spiritual life. Hence we discussed with Master Shiao Fa, and eventually got his permission to publish this article.
